Newcastle Surf Life Saving Club Incorporated (ABN 42 366 587 308) is an Incorporated Association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW), and is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission (ACNC). 

The Club is affiliated with Hunter Surf Life Saving Inc. (‘Hunter SLS’ or ‘Hunter Branch’), Surf Life Saving NSW (SLSNSW) and Surf Life Saving Australia (SLSA). The Club conducts its activities in accordance with SLSA, SLSNSW & Hunter SLS policies and regulations which can be found at their respective websites.
